Q: Do I change into a robe when I check in for my appointment?
A: We recommend putting on a robe for color services but is at your discretion.
Q: When I come in for an upstyle, how should i wear my hair?
A: We need clean dry hair but if you want to have your hair blow dried it will be an additional charge and a longer appointment time.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, check or cash.
Q: Can gratuity be added to a credit card?
A: We ask that gratuity be in the form of cash or check.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Clients are welcome to return products within 2 weeks of purchase and will receive a credit only towards future purchases. If products are used, a credit for half the value will be issued.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We do require a credit card on file to hold the appointment with new or returning guests that do not keep regular appointments and are booked for longer appointment times. We have a 24 hr cancellation policy but would appreciate 48 hrs to fill the stylists time.
No call or no shows will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
We understand things happen, please let us know. You will not be charged for cancellations due to illness and emergencies.
